Tomo the Dragonfly is a short, simple picture book made for reading to pre-school English classes in Japan.

The 13 page picture book was made from mostly from school supplies with scrap paper, glue, markers, pens and pencils with a few trips to the 100 yen store and finished digitally. It had the secret objective of using empathy to convince kids to stop trapping and abusing dragonflies in small containers.
